Jump Into June Sales Event – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

The “Jump Into June Sales Event” is open to all customers who purchase or lease an eligible new Hyundai vehicle from Toronto Hyundai during the promotional period. Certain offers are limited to qualifying customers only and are subject to credit approval through Hyundai Finance.

  1. Promotional Offers

The following promotional offers are available during the event period:

  1. a) Loyalty Rate Reduction
  • Qualifying customers may receive a 1% loyalty rate reduction on select finance or lease rates.
  • Loyalty rate reduction is applicable to current or previous Hyundai owners (proof of ownership may be required).
  • Cannot be combined with certain other promotional rate reductions.
  • Eligibility determined by Hyundai Canada and/or Hyundai Motor Finance and is subject to change without notice.
  1. b) Finance Rates From 3.99%
  • Finance rates starting from 3.99% APR are available on select 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid models only.
  • Actual rate may vary based on credit approval, term, and model availability.
  • Offer is only valid on in-stock or factory-ordered units purchased during the event period.
  • Financing provided through Hyundai Motor Finance, subject to credit approval and standard terms and conditions.
  1. Offer Validity
  • All offers are valid till June 30th, 2025, while supplies last.
  • Offers are subject to change, extension, or cancellation without prior notice.
  • Offers are not transferable and have no cash value.
  • Offers must be claimed at the time of purchase; retroactive application is not permitted.
  1. Exclusions
  • Demo vehicles, pre-owned vehicles, fleet purchases, and commercial purchases are excluded from these promotions unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with employee pricing, fleet programs, or other special rate programs unless specified.
  1. Vehicle Availability
  • Vehicle selection is subject to availability. Not all trims or colors may be available at all times.
  • Factory order lead times may vary and are not guaranteed within the promotional window.
  1. Taxes & Fees
  • All prices and rates advertised are exclusive of HST, licensing, and additional dealer administration fees unless stated otherwise.
  1. Dealer Rights

Toronto Hyundai reserves the right to:

  • Modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Verify eligibility and decline participation if fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • Substitute or withdraw vehicles or incentives if conditions warrant.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Toronto Hyundai, Hyundai Canada, and any affiliated parties are not responsible for:

  • Errors or omissions in promotional materials.
  • Delays in delivery due to supply chain or manufacturer constraints.
  • Customer misunderstandings due to failure to read or clarify terms prior to purchase.
