Lawrence, I want to thank you for the great experience in purchasing my 2010 Hyundai Sonata. For many people, including myself, purchasing a new vehicle is one of the most unpleasant experiences in life. The thought of entering a dealership and "playing the game" of offer and counteroffer is quite stressful. I was undecided whether to buy another Sonata or go with the Honda Accord. The dealership that leased my 2004 Sonata was calling me on a regular basis, but after repeated conversations that I do not want to banter back and forth over price I was getting nowhere. The Honda dealerships were quite professional but again at that stage I was still undecided. After researching and talking to automotive professionals, I decided to go with the Sonata. I visited two dealerships in the GTA and I immediately informed them that I am not interested in playing the game of going back and forth to the manager, but I want the bottom price. This proved to be a chore for these dealerships. Enter Toronto Hyundai. I went home and emailed most of the Hyundai dealerships across the GTA to try and get the best price possible and I received an instant response from a Hyundai salesperson at Toronto Hyundai (it turned out to be Lawrence) who said that he could get the car I desired at an unbeatable price. I immediately emailed him back, and within a couple of days we had a deal. Initially, I asked to include snow tires; You recommended that I wait until October for a "deal" from Toronto Hyundai service. The paperwork was done via fax and email, and I only visited the dealership to complete the paperwork and pick-up the vehicle. Also, Lawrence took care of the return of the 2004 Sonata with the same caring and professionalism. I have a need for a minivan in November 2009, and if Hyundai was still making them I would be on the phone with you today. I wish dealerships can understand that the consumer really wants a less stressful experience in purchasing a new or used vehicle, which Lawrence was able to provide me with. Lawrence once again thank you. I would recommend that any of my contacts/friends call you for any vehicle needs. Please notify me or have someone from the dealership contact me when the snow tire deals are available. Being in sales myself I realize how difficult keeping the customer's happy is. Hi Lawrence, I would first off, like to thank you for my positive experience buying my first car and making the deal go smoothly and quickly. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Hyundai and your help, helping me find the right car for my needs, in a price range that I was comfortable paying. My first step into finding out more info on the Elantra, was my first email to you, and I was pleasantly surprised to how quick you got back to my inquiry. You gave me enough information to make me decide to come in and see what deals and cars you had that would fit my needs and budget. My experience at the dealership was very informative and the casual atmosphere made me very comfortable. You gave me price ranges w/ taxes & fees for all the Elantra trim levels, which really helped me decide what I could and couldn't afford. Once I purchased the car, you really helped me through the whole insurance and financing issues, as this was my first time purchasing a car, and had no clue how to go about getting all the information I needed. You were always there, and ready to help, either through email correspondence or phone calls. To sum it up, I would just like to thank you again for all the help and for the great customer service.
